This office engaged in an illegal billing practice known as balance billing which is in violation of the terms of my contract with my health insurance provider. Allow me to explain. Had called ahead and made an appointment for Monday at 9:45 AM with one of the Doctors. Apparently giving all the information over the phone and scheduling with the same doctor another family member see wasn't on the to do list of the receptionist. When we came in the lady said she didn't see anything and the other receptionist is good at scheduling things. Had to fill out new patient information which was expected, but now we have to come back and schedule another appointment. Hopefully they don't forget to schedule this. (... read more

Someone by the name of “Cassie” gave me horrible customer service! Sounds like she was having a bad day! It was unacceptable. Definitely will be cancelling my appointment and never returning here again. She also called me several hours later and made threats to me because I threatened to report her to the manager about her poor, unprofessional behavior. Sad you lost a good customer! Wish I could give this no stars because of her.
