I recently visited the facility in Thousand Oaks. Dr. Reddy was my physician and was fantastic. She took the time to speak with me and thoroughly explained the procedure she would be performing on me. She was very friendly and pleasant to work with. Her assistant Gail was also very friendly and gentle following my procedure. The office staff were all nice and greeted me with smiles. Very lovely facility and team.
I last saw Dr Simone about 5 years ago and it was a good experience. I’m returning to my plan of yearly skin checks so went online to Dr Simone’s website to find an appointment. Her website makes it easy to schedule an appointment online. Her front and back office staff are all lovely- thank you Leah! The skin check was thorough, the biopsy was quick and painless and Dr Simoni has a wonderful warm, welcoming and very personable manner about her. Staff amazing patient knowledgeable and listens Anita Simone was very helpful clear and also listened . I am please nt only with the result but the fact of she heard me and made me feel comfortable during the visit. Thank you all dianna nunes see you in Six months
The only thing that made this a two was the receptionist and the assistant. This doctor was quick and rushed me through questions and in my opinion was pretty rude. I came in for Basel Cell and a basic body check to make sure all my other spots were “normal” and she was quick and dismissive, so much that I ended the appointment early and didn’t even get anything done because I was so uncomfortable with her. Maybe she is a wonderful woman and doctor but it was not a good experience for me at all.
I was given excellent service by Bee, Dr Shivani's Medical Assistant. She was friendly, warm, and professional, and made me feel welcomed. It was my first time there. Dr. Shivani was very nice and it was a pleasure meeting her. The reception and office assistant was also very pleasant and accommodating. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
