Place was busy but didn’t wait long. LOVED Dr Meadows. Very friendly and explained things well. Understood my insurance well and gave me a clear explanation of the next steps. I feel very comfortable here and trust their opinion ! Good over all experience

I would have given a 5 star if not for the receptionist who made us wait for more than an hour because she thought she has given us already the forms to be filled out. If I did not check on the status we would have waited there forever to be seen by the provider. No wonder all the other patients who came after us are being called in first while we were still waiting. The NP we saw though is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained to us what might be the issue with my mother’s skin. Thank you for caring !

I thought I should see the dermatologist because I am in the sun quite a bit. It was my first visit. Everyone was professional and inviting. I felt comfortable the entire visit. Dr. Meadows was thorough, explaining the procedures as she going along. The entire experience was positive!

Love it here. I’ve been on my skin journey for two years now. Dr Meadows is amazing. Very informative,thorough and punctual! Life is crazy and I can always count on her to get my skin back on track.

Dr. Dale Macknet, and Maddy his nurse , were both very kind and knowledgeable about my skin problems. They made every effort to make sure that I was prepared for what was happening to me next; pain, cold etc. They made sure that I was comfortable, and felt confident in their care . Thank you to the caregivers at The California Skin Institute .
