The staff was very nice came in early but had to fill out paperwork only waited 5 minutes extra from when my appointment was scheduled. My last dermatologist I was always waiting for at least 30 minutes to an hour and one day it was 3 hours because the over booked and was not very thorough. So this visit was a breath of fresh air. So happy I switched.

I would have given a 5 star if not for the receptionist who made us wait for more than an hour because she thought she has given us already the forms to be filled out. If I did not check on the status we would have waited there forever to be seen by the provider. No wonder all the other patients who came after us are being called in first while we were still waiting. The NP we saw though is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She thoroughly explained to us what might be the issue with my mother’s skin. Thank you for caring !

Place was busy but didn’t wait long. LOVED Dr Meadows. Very friendly and explained things well. Understood my insurance well and gave me a clear explanation of the next steps. I feel very comfortable here and trust their opinion ! Good over all experience

Very efficient. Staff was cordial and professional. Dr was great in explaining each step and all procedures. Glad to have found this doctor and practice. Definitely plan on using them for all my future skin needs.

This was my first time at California Skin Institute and it was great. I originally went in for a mole check, but had also been having some trouble with my C section incision healing. Dr. Meadows took care of it and was knowledgeable and kind.
