Always a pleasure to visit this office. The doctor and his assistants are all so helpful and easy to talk to. On top of that, they are very friendly. Always nice......and of course competent and effective.
Charming office staff, quick and efficient. Friendly doctor. Didn't have to wait long. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Very easy checkin process and great understanding of insurance eligibility. Very short wait in the waiting room and the appointment time was exact. Dr. Chuang was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. His office staff is also very familiar with all things related to dermatology. The practice that I had gone to for years with Dr. Feibleman seems in good hands ( although I do miss Dr Feibleman very much now that he retired)
The front office staff and medical assistants are the BEST! While I miss Dr. Feibleman, the longtime doctor at this office, the new doctor is friendly and provides good treatment.
This is the first time I've ever been to California Skin Institute my sister took me there all their staff are very friendly and so is the doctor l would love to go back for some more treatments
