Do not recommend. After going to this place for a couple years, they really got on my nerves after messing up my prescription and refusing to help me sort this out. - First: there's always a long wait, only for the doctor to see you for like 5 minutes. - The main issue: my local pharmacy tried to contact them 3 times to refill one of my prescriptions. Switching dermatologists and meeting Dr. Karls was one of the best things I’ve ever done! He was both patient in listening to my concerns, and efficient in addressing them. I have so many spots, it can be really stressful not knowing what they are. I was able to get an appointment quickly and get all my concerns taken care of the same day! My experience at the California Skin Institute was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Peter Chansky was one of the best doctors I've encountered. He guided me through each step of the procedure and seemed genuinely caring toward his patients. I highly recommend.
