Switching dermatologists and meeting Dr. Karls was one of the best things I’ve ever done! He was both patient in listening to my concerns, and efficient in addressing them. I have so many spots, it can be really stressful not knowing what they are. I was able to get an appointment quickly and get all my concerns taken care of the same day! The staff at the desk were friendly, patient, and warm. The waiting room was also clean, nice, and fresh. It was extra nice to find some skin cream samplers there: my brother struggles with eczema and I always have dry skin on my feet so this was appreciated. My doctor, Dr. Mike was knowledgeable, clear, empathetic, and understanding. He took immediate action to address my concern on the first visit (instead of scheduling a follow up to address it). Overall a great experience. The doctor I saw had great bedside manner. My only complaint is that I had to fill out the same forms id already filled out through Zoc Doc. That delayed my appointment. Luckily I won’t need to do that next time and I will be coming back for my annual screenings.
As usual I had a great visit with Dr. Peter Chansky and his very helpful and kind staff. He’s the best dermatologist I’ve had and I’ve been going to dermatologists since I was twenty five. I’m fifty nine now and Dr.Chansky. Is very enthusiastic and empathetic. Really refreshing after so many dermatologist that were dismissive and not one ever made the effort to examine my skin properly. Dr. Peter Chansky Is the best at what he does.
The doctor was great, but when I was in the waiting room the receptionist was taking patient calls on speaker phone so the entire waiting room could hear. An old man called about his condition and was explaining that he was in a lot of pain, and the receptionist left the phone on speaker the entire call, answering about it loudly. I took a video of the call and even in the video you can hear everything he’s saying
