Professional staff, organized office, customer greeting is exceptional. My personal PA Stuart McDonnell is knowledgeable and makes you feel like he is truly interested in what you have to say. He asks questions that are pertinent to your skin health and he makes suggestions when applicable. He is friendly and a complete gentleman, I recommend him highly.

What a relief to find such a professional and kind Dermatology office! As a pale skinned redhead, I have had an issue with skin cancers in the past, so I went in with a little apprehension. The full body scan was thorough without feeling intrusive, with descriptions of every little bump of concern. I walked out with a new approach to preventative skin care and a reduced fear of the consequences of my constant sunburning in my youth. As an added bonus, everyone there was attentive and charming. Whew!

The California Skin Institute in Watsonville, Ca. absolutely amazing in every way. Reception staff efficient and friendly, nurses are great and Dr. Stuart MacDonell is the best. So knowledgeable, friendly and treats you like an old friend. I have many choices in Santa Cruz where I live but I prefer to drive to Watsonville/Freedom because of their lovely Doctors and Staff. Highly recommend.
