My experience with Dr. Francis was simply amazing!!! I have already started to recommend her to family and friends. Dr. Francis was warm, caring, patient, and had a good sense of humor. She put me at ease right away. She explained everything about the biopsy procedure I was having and made a real effort to make sure that I also understood the future steps that would be taken for my basal cell carcinoma. It also seemed that the office staff was happy as well! My experience today was VERY positive!!!!!
